Know what comes next.
Straightforward information to help you prepare for furniture service.
Can I request service without a warranty?
Yes. Encore reviews customer-paid repair requests, including out-of-warranty furniture and requests following a denied protection-plan claim. A denial does not determine repairability; we review the piece separately.
Can you quote a repair from photos?
Photos help us evaluate the request and identify information needed. A final scope or price may require inspection, parts identification and confirmation of the furniture’s condition.
Do you come to my home or business?
Encore provides in-home and on-site service for accepted requests. Some upholstery or refinishing projects need different logistics, which are confirmed when reviewing the scope.
Do you repair every massage-chair brand?
Acceptance depends on the model, service authorization, approved parts, technical support and location. Send the brand and model so we can review the request.
Can you fix peeling bonded leather?
Widespread coating failure can limit durable surface repair. Material assessment may lead to a recommendation for panel replacement, recovering or another option.
Will the repair be invisible?
Appearance depends on the material, damage, age, finish and repair method. We discuss realistic expectations; exact invisibility is not promised.
Who approves warranty work?
The manufacturer or protection-plan administrator approves covered work and any required parts. Encore’s inspection does not itself approve coverage.
What should I send first?
Send your ZIP code, contact information, complete furniture photo, damage close-ups and the manufacturer label. Include the work order and symptom description when available.
Can you service multiple business locations?
We review location lists, assignment volume, repair scope and scheduling requirements with business partners before agreeing to a service arrangement.
Is repairing furniture better than replacing it?
Repair can extend the use of a suitable piece and may avoid replacement. Condition, parts costs, construction and the desired result determine whether it makes practical sense.
