Service-request information
When you contact Encore, you may provide your name, contact details, service address, product information, photos and a description of the concern. This information is used to review and coordinate the requested service and communicate about the work.
Form submissions
The website form submits through FormSubmit to Encore’s service email. That provider processes submissions according to its own policies and may require a spam check. You can also contact Encore directly by phone, text or email.
Service partners
For manufacturer, retailer or protection-plan assignments, relevant service details and findings may be shared with the organization authorizing the work. Submit only information needed for the request.
Photos and private information
Avoid including payment details, identity documents or unrelated personal information. Customer repair photos should be used for public promotional purposes only with appropriate permission.
Service terms
Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment, establish a final price or approve warranty coverage. Scope, authorization, parts availability, location and any charges must be confirmed for the accepted request. Repair results depend on the material and condition.
